Lumen Agua™ stands behind the quality of our Vortex Water Fountains. Our fountains come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.

What’s Covered:
	•	Manufacturing defects in the fountain’s structure or components.
	•	Damage or malfunction resulting from faulty parts.

What’s Not Covered:
	•	Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or negligence.
	•	Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather, pets, wildlife).
	•	Normal wear and tear, including discoloration or patina from outdoor exposure.
	•	Any issue resulting from lack of cleaning or maintenance. Regular upkeep is essential for performance and longevity—fountains that are not properly cleaned or maintained may not qualify for warranty protection.
	•	Products that have been modified or altered from their original state.

How to Request Warranty Service:

If you believe your fountain is covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team at careteam@lumenagua.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Lumen Agua™ reserves the right to determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is the appropriate resolution.
